Karla Schlieper has been appointed senior vice president of the global chocolate, gum, and mint portfolio at Mars. She previously served as global gum and mint SVP and was president of Mondelèz Canada. Congratulations, Karla Schlieper!

Constellation Brands has named Nick Fink as president and CEO, effective April 13, succeeding Bill Newlands. Fink, a former Suntory executive and current board member, most recently led Fortune Brands Innovations. Newlands will stay on as a strategic advisor. Congratulations, Nick Fink!
